How long does it take to receive an order?

Shipping times vary. Some products are drop shipped from manufacturers, while others are hand-packed and shipped via the USPS. Shipping times may vary based on delays with USPS.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders for the 2024-2025 planner were delayed due to an error in the print design. Pre-orders for the 2024-2025 planner were shipped between May 1-4, and all customers who pre-ordered should have received their planners by May 15.

Pre-orders for the sticker drops will ship by the first of the month.

Returns/Refund Policy

All of our products are non-refundable as they are paper goods.
